Area of work
Women Empowerment
Vocational training, leadership development, and educational awareness so that women and girls can earn, decide, and participate.
Dignity through skill
Why this work matters
From tailoring rooms in Machhrehta to Nai Roshni leadership batches in Shahjahanpur and Sultanpur, the Sansthan’s first loyalty is to women. Training is practical. Stipends, tool kits, and certificates are used where the programme design provides them. The aim is not a ceremonial workshop but a woman who can stitch, embroider, lead a group, or walk into a welfare office with knowledge of her entitlements.
