Kartavya Shila Mahila Evam Bal Vikas Sansthan provides free tailoring training to women and girls from economically disadvantaged families at Aastha Meenu Silai Karai School, Kasba Machhrehta, Development Block Machhrehta, District Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. Qualified trainers teach 36 garment-making and tailoring techniques through a 3-month or 6-month course, depending on the learner’s needs. The programme is designed so that participants can sew independently, take orders from home, and support their families with dignity. It is one of the Sansthan’s most direct expressions of women empowerment — skill first, then self-reliance.
