When was the organisation registered?
Kartavya Shila Mahila Evam Bal Vikas Sansthan was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, on 31 August 2000. The registration number is 771/2000-2001. The society’s renewal certificate R/LUC/10492/2025-2026 is dated 25 October 2025.
Where is the office located?
The registered office is at Nai Colony, Para Road, Rajajipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226017, India.
Are donations eligible for tax exemption?
The organisation holds approval under section 80G of the Income Tax Act (Unique Registration Number AAAAK4095J25LK01, dated 4 August 2025, for assessment years 2025–26 to 2026–27). Donors should confirm current validity and their own tax position with a qualified adviser. Copies of the 12A and 80G orders are available on the Documents page.

Which districts does the Sansthan work in?
Programme records show work in Lucknow, Sitapur, Barabanki, Hardoi, Unnao, Shahjahanpur, Sultanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Firozabad, Aligarh, Bijnor, Kanpur, and other districts of Uttar Pradesh, according to the needs of each project.
Does the organisation run a special school for child labourers?
Yes. With the National Child Labour Project, a special school was operated at Pure Makka, Siddhaur, District Barabanki, for 50 children, providing education, nutrition, vocational training, and sports. Similar schools have been implemented in several other districts of Uttar Pradesh.
How can I support a programme financially?

Please verify account details with the office before transferring funds, and keep the transaction receipt.
Who is the President of the organisation?
Shri Ram Kishor Chaurasia (Shri R. K. Chaurasia) is the President. Shri Mahendra Kumar Maurya is the Secretary.
