Detailed description
With the support of Sanyukt Rani Lakshmibai Chikitsalaya, Rajajipuram, Lucknow, the Sansthan has participated for several years in the Intensive Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign. Polio drops were administered to children at locations across Rajajipuram. During each round the organisation established and managed 11 booths. Around 35 young men, women, and girls volunteered their time. Dr. Preeti Srivastava, In-charge M. K. Yadav, and Area Coordinator Shri Srivastava inspected booths to keep the work on course. The campaign is quiet public-health work: booths, registers, persuasion of parents, and the knowledge that a few drops given in time can spare a child a lifetime of harm.
