The Sansthan organised a Retail Marketing Training Programme under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in collaboration with K3 Institution Private Limited. Training was held at Ram Vihar Colony, Para Road, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. Two batches of 30 beneficiaries each received structured instruction from qualified trainers, covering practical knowledge of the retail marketing sector and related employment pathways. Certificates were distributed on successful completion. The course sits within the organisation’s wider effort to match vocational training with actual labour-market demand, not only with traditional home-based trades.
